This low monthly fee affords you peace of mind knowing you will have direct access to our knowledgeable broker and tools, who are available to assist with any real estate related question 24/7. A small $250 transaction fee which includes Errors and Ommissions will be paid to Your Pad Real Estate Services at closing

You control your time, your transactions, your earnings and your career! We won't require mandatory office hours, quotas, or meetings unless you are serious about your career. Your Real Estate career is yours and we will provide the tools to help you succeed. You will receive a Procedure Manual upon signing up.

Maximize your profitability by receiving 100% COMMISSION paid to you at closing. 

You will be responsible for the monthly expenses of marketing, continuing education, board fees and a $169 monthly fee to Your Pad Real Estate Services. A small $250 transaction fee which includes Errors and Ommissions will be paid to Your Pad Real Estate Services at closing. The rest goes directly to you.

Manage your own Office by partnering with Your Pad Real Estate Services to sponsor your LLC. All expenses to run your office will be your own. Maximize your profitability by receiving 100% COMMISSION paid to Your Company Name at closing. 

You will be responsible for the monthly expenses of running your office, your continuing education, errors and omissions, liability insurance, board fees and a $249 monthly fee to Your Pad Real Estate Services. Run your office the way you want it, hire your team and work with your own company name name, keeping 100% of your commission! Your Office will also pay Your Pad Real Estate Services $39 per agent hired to work for your office.
